Wait. Upon closer inspection, this is Don Juan Benavidez playing his guitar to these kids, and I assume serenading their mothers too, at Citihall. Pasadena had it's 125th birthday this month, and this picture happens to be during the 75th birthday party.
I'm guessing it's Leo Carillo and maybe he's at the Blessing of the Animals. And now you know why I almost never play this game!
