I'm gonna say Rose Parade float but that's as far as I get.
I think it is the end of time and all the gargoyles have come to life.
Margaret may be onto something. Is this a live gargoyle on the roof of City hall on some day of celebration?
It's the mascot for one of the out of state teams - He's fulfilling his promise to fly off of Suicide Bridge after loosing to UCLA.
