Must be reading all the fan mail at Caltech for Albert Einstein...
It's at the relatively newly-built City Hall, and maybe they were indeed reading all the fan mail for Einstein, but I think they should have used a bigger table.
I'm stumped.
I would guess 1930 and the receipt of census forms at City Hall.
I know!! They're reading the entries for the first Mystery History quiz in January 1930.
