Waiting for President Taft to arrive at the Pasadena railway station after his visit to the city in 1909?
Those are 4 loco bloggers in their younger daze. But, the foto is so old I can't make out which.

No Margaret, keep trying. I guessed it was the station, but the building could be another one. You may be able to deduce which it is.
Hm. The location looks familiar. Am I crazy? Don't answer that. It would have to be a building constructed before 1913, the year his presidency ended.I got nothin'.
