Mrs. Doubtfire in front of Pasadena's first and only roller coaster.
let's try this again...blogger ate my first submission.can't remember her name...ugh, brain fail.but behind her, welding work being done on the queen/court float for the parade.
I was thinking something more Cal Techy? Maybe?
AH should be right.
ok, a friend read this and asked me "what parade?". seriously? in Pasadena there is ONE parade...ok, Doo Dah counts too, but I've not seen such an elaborate float that needed welding...and I'd have to guess the lady probably wouldn't approve of the DD parade...;-)and ok, I'll give AH style points! lemme on the coaster!
Jack Parsons's mother proudly standing in front of the rocket launch site created by her little Jackie who can be seen, busy as a bee, welding.
I use to build floats in Indiana so I know it is a Rose parade float. I would guess a replica of the stadium? and It could be the rose queen's float. The person in front handled the queens?
