ok, a friend read this and asked me "what parade?". seriously? in Pasadena there is ONE parade...ok, Doo Dah counts too, but I've not seen such an elaborate float that needed welding...and I'd have to guess the lady probably wouldn't approve of the DD parade...;-)
and ok, I'll give AH style points! lemme on the coaster!
I use to build floats in Indiana so I know it is a Rose parade float. I would guess a replica of the stadium? and It could be the rose queen's float. The person in front handled the queens?
