The Eye of the Beholder


One day last week I saw a man with paints and easel in the courtyard at Pasadena City Hall. He was painting his interpretation of the east side of the grand entrance looking through to Holly Street.


There's not a bad view of City Hall anywhere, which is why artists, photographers and film production companies flock to this place.
