Is this a meeting between a nice lady from Pasadena's friendship city in Japan, Kasukabe, and "Skip" Adams, who, 25 years ago, initiated the now annual exchange of members of the Junior Chambers of Commerce (Jaycees)from each city? In alternate years, the Pasadena Jaycees visit Kasukabe, and vice versa. This year, it's the Kasukabe Jaycee's turn to visit our fair city.
