"Topping Off" Ceremony

There was a shindig this evening at the Pasadena Convention Center construction site to celebrate the "Topping Off." Invited guests, including city officials, board members of Pasadena Center Operating Company, the construction team and community leaders, signed the final steel girder, which will become part of the permanent structure.
